During registration, users are required to provide their contact information (such as name, e-mail id, country), which i-flex uses to provide requested services for its Web site visitors, to help make surfing these sites easier, and provide a more personalized experience on these Web sites. i-flex uses such information to improve its services, or to market solutions and/or for industry reporting purposes.

Information may be shared with third parties who are acting as i-flex’s agents in providing its product(s)/service(s), and who agree to use it only for that purpose and keep the information secure and confidential.

i-flex will also disclose information that it maintains when required to do so by law or, in special cases, when i-flex has reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or take legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) its rights or property. i-flex may share aggregate information, which is not personally identifiable, with others.

i-flex uses reasonable precautions to protect the information received by it about its investors and customers. Such information is stored on i-flex servers, which are stored in a secure environment. i-flex shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access by any third party to the information stored by i-flex on its servers.

Only i-flex’s employees, who need the information to perform a specific task, are granted access to such information.

i-flex’s Web sites contain links to other non-i-flex Web sites, too. i-flex is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other sites. i-flex advises its users to be aware when they leave i-flex’s Web site, and encourages them to read the privacy statements of each Web site to which i-flex may provide links.

i-flex recommends that you enable the remember me feature which is used while logging in to the Web site only if you are working on a private computer on which it is safe to save your login credentials.

If i-flex changes its Privacy Statement, it will post those changes on this page so that its users are aware of what information it collects, how it uses such information, and under which circumstances, if any, it may disclose such information.
